Anyone of any age who enjoys sports can look to my classes as one of the basic training tools to help improve their game.

Yoga students benefit from increased strength, flexibility, balance, and reaction time, along with mental relaxation, self-mastery, and focus.

Golfers and tennis players will find their strokes having new power, speed, and consistency for better play.

Skiers, too, will have far safer and more enjoyable days on the slopes.

All sportsmen (and women!) will improve their mental concentration and control for more relaxed and enjoyable times.

In my classes and sessions I address your individual needs to ensure success.

Class schedules

AT THE WELL SPA AT THE MIRAMONTE® RESORT my classes are on weekends:

YOGA is on Friday evenings at 6:00 pm and lasts for about an hour.
RESTORATIVE YOGA is held Sunday mornings at 9:30 am and lasts for about an hour and a half.

AT THE JW MARRIOTT® DESERT SPRINGS RESORT AND SPA my classes are available two afternoons a week:

YOGA, an all-levels class, is on Tuesday and Saturday afternoons at 4 pm. These classes are about an hour long.

Attending a class

TO ATTEND ONE OF MY CLASSES at The Miramonte or The Desert Springs, feel free to simply show up; walk–in's can always be accomodated. To locate where your chosen class is being held, you can just check in the main hotel lobby.

Fees

PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS WITH MARNELL:

Individual: $85
Series of 5: $390
Series of 10: $720
Semi-private (2 to 3 people): $115

CLASSES AT THE MIRAMONTE:

Yoga classes at The Well Spa are now included in the amenities provided for guests of The Miramonte Resort.
For visitors and area residents, classes by themselves are $18. But the purchase of a $30 all-day spa membership or any spa service includes that day's classes.

YOGA CLASSES AT THE DESERT SPRINGS:

For guests registered at The Desert Springs Resort, $20 purchases an all-day pass to the Spa and the Fitness Center.
Or visitors can buy a day pass to the Spa and Fitness Center for $60.
In either case, each yoga class then costs $10.
